Flayr LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we handle data within the BigBux application.

1. Data Minimization & Encryption

        Our architecture follows a "Privacy by Design" principle. All sensitive financial data is encrypted at-rest using AES-GCM (Advanced Encryption Standard) with 256-bit keys managed by the Apple Keychain.
    

2. Third-Party Services

Plaid: We use Plaid to securely connect to your financial institutions. We do not see or store your bank login credentials. We only receive tokens and transaction data which are immediately encrypted.
Firebase (Google Cloud): We use Firebase for secure authentication and cloud-synced storage. All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.2+.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We only retain data strictly necessary to provide budgeting and financial tracking services. Users may execute full account and data deletion at any time directly through the application's Profile settings. Upon user-initiated deletion, all associated Plaid access tokens, financial history, and Firestore records are permanently wiped within 30 days. This data deletion and retention policy is reviewed annually by Flayr LLC to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable state and federal data privacy laws.
